UltraVM Terms of Service (ToS)

By using UltraVM, you agree to the following terms:

• Account Responsibility
  Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Any misuse will result in appropriate consequences.
• Server Usage
  Servers must not be used for illegal or harmful activities, such as hosting illegal content, abuse of resources, hate speech, DDoS attacks, or distributing malware. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Resource abuse, including using the server for cryptocurrency mining, is strictly prohibited.
• Payments
  Payments must be made on time for all paid services. Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Server Performance & Downtime
  We strive for 99% uptime, but occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues. 100% uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
• Termination & Suspension
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including non-payment, abuse of services, or illegal activities. Accounts may be permanently terminated if found exploiting server resources, services, or users. If a VPS experiences a DDoS attack exceeding 1Gbps for more than 30 minutes, the server may be suspended without a refund due to Fair Usage Policy violations.
• Data & Backups
  Users are responsible for creating and maintaining their own backups. UltraVM does not provide backup services for free-tier servers and holds no responsibility for data loss.
• Resource Allocation & Usage
  Free and paid server resources must be used within acceptable limits. Excessive usage, overclocking, or unauthorized modifications will lead to service suspension.
• Support & Tickets
  Support is only available for paid plans. Free users are limited to community support, and ticket requests for free services are not allowed.
• Prohibited Activities
  Servers must not be used for spamming, phishing, hacking, or running unauthorized scripts/software. Any activity violating local, state, or international laws is strictly prohibited.
• Liability & Indemnity
  UltraVM is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, downtime, or service disruptions. By using our services, users agree to indemnify UltraVM from any legal disputes or claims arising from server activities.
• Verification for Support Requests
  To receive support, users must verify server ownership by providing a Server ID or account email for confirmation.
• Changes to ToS
  We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

By using our services, you agree to follow these terms. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent removal from our platform.
